Returns
At KETI MONRO, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized/customized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Note: Items returned that are not in their original condition or do not meet our eligibility requirements may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@ketimonro.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide instructions on where to send your return and any other necessary details.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item(s) securely and use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges based on availability:
- Exchange Process: Contact us at support@ketimonro.com to request an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
- New Item Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending your exchange within the UK. International customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
